How to install iOS 5 Beta 2 On iPhone 4 and 3GS Without having Developer Account

Yesterday, Apple pushed out iOS 5 beta 2 for developers. Only developers registered in the Apple developing program could get iOS 5 beta 2 on their idevices. If you are non-deveoper just like me, you might ask how do I get iOS 5 beta on my iPhone without having developer account? Follow the steps below to activate iOS 5 Beta 2 on your iPhone 4 or 3GS without having developer account. Please note that this method will only work on iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4

• Press the Home button on Activation Screen.
• Tap �Emergency Call�.
• Dial 112 (or your local emergency call number) and press the Call button.
• Now, press Home button.
• Then tap �Touch to return to call�
• Press Home button. You should now be seeing the Home screen.
• Open �Phone� app and End Call.

How to monitor/track Adsense clicks - Invalid Clicks detection tutorial

I recently got my Adsense account, having over 1200$, disabled due to Invalid Clicks Activity. As you know that when your account gets disabled, you get only once chance to appeal with all the proofs that you didn't click on your own ads and someone click bombed on your ads. Unfortunately, I didn't have any proof about those invalid clicks as I never monitored my Adsense clicks activity on my site. If your account gets disabled and you appeal to Google with all invalid clicks logs, then chances are your account will get reinstated. So how to monitor those invalid clicks? 

It's actually possible to track your visitors' AdSense clicks in real time and even get advanced info on each person that clicked an ad in the process, including the IP address, country of origin, network/ISP s/he is connecting from and even full browsing history for your site including browsing pattern/history for each user, and even the number of clicks on ads s/he did (including multiple clicks on the same ad. 

First, sign up at www.statscounter.com [It's free]

Statcounter.com is a visitors analytics service but it is really much more detailed than Google Analytics as among other features it allows you to track AdSense clicks. There are limitations to the free version: it only "remembers" the last 500 site visitors, though that should be enough for our purposes (alternatively you can always upgrade to a pro version that remembers the last 5,500 visitors or even more visitors if you pay more.)

• After your' signed up, Login using your username and password.
• Click Add New Project
• On the next screen, fill out the form and click Next>
• After that, click CONFIGURE AND INSTALL CODE to get the code of your statscounter that you will have to put inside your website's code.
• Now choose style of your Stats Counter. I prefer INVISIBLE COUNTER. Click Next> to proceed to the next step.
• Now choose your Website's Editor service from the drop-down list. E.g if your site is on Blogger, then choose Blogger/Blogspot. If it's on Wordpress, Choose Wordpress from the list. If your Website service isn't listed, choose Default Install Guide and insert the code anywhere after <body> and before </body> starting/closing tags for your site's html/php code. 

After you've successfully installed the code, Statcounter will start to give you visits data in real time without any delays. So you'll instantly get stats, logs, etc. There's a lot of wonderful features to explore there, but what we need here is a way to see AdSense clickthroughs. So

Click on My projects at the top left of the site and select the project you just created earlier. Now from the left panel, under STATISTICS heading, Click Exit Link Activity

From here you can see all the latest clicks occurring on your website. You can click on the magnifying glass to see the information of the person who clicked any AdSense ad (including browsing pattern, where they came from, which pages they accessed and more.

That's it. If you use this method and spend a few hours tracking the AdSense clicks in real time you'll be able to identify click patterns for different ads and pages and even countries. If you ever find any suspicious clicks activity, immediately report to Google with the suspicious ip's and anything that is relevant.

Make your Google Account more secure by 2-step verification Security

Security breaching has always been the issue for the users as hackers around are always looking to hijack accounts. If your Google account is that much important and you can;t afford to get it hijacked, then you can use the 2-step verification security to make your account's security more powerful. This makes almost impossible for a hacker to hijack your account. 

2-step verification adds an extra layer of security to your Google Account by requiring you to have access to your phone � as well as your username and password � when you sign in. This means that if someone steals or guesses your password, the potential hijacker still can't sign in to your account because they don't have your phone.

So how to get this powerful security? Follow these steps 

Go to www.google.com and then click Sign in at the right top corner of the screen. [If you are already signed in, skip this step]

After you'r signed in, click Settings at the top of the screen and then choose Google Account Settings from the drop-down menu.

Now at the right panel, under Personal Settings, click Using 2-step verification

On the next screen, proceed by clicking Set up 2-step verification button. 

On the next screen, chose your mobile device. If you have Android, Blackberry or iPhone, then you can install an application that will make you use this security. You can get this  by pointing your phone's web browser to m.google.com/authenticator. If you have other mobile device, simply choose Other - use another phone from the drop-down menu. After that, choose your Country from the left drop-down menu and then type your mobile's number in the box next to your Country.

When Google successfully identifies your number, Send Code button will become clickable. Click on that button and the verification code will be sent to the number via text message you just provided . Type the code you see in your mobile's text message and click Verify and then click Next. Now follow the next on-screen instructions to complete the 2-step verification security.

Facebook has also recently introduced this type of security called 'Login Approvals'. Follow that guide posted here.

Your Facebook Account Gets more Secure With Login Approvals

Facebook is now offering �Login Approvals�, that is a new way to make your account more secure from unauthorized access to your account. Login approvals is a Two Factor Authentication system that requires you to enter a code we send to your mobile phone via text message whenever you log into Facebook from a new or unrecognized computer. Once you have entered this security code, you�ll have the option to save the device to your account so that you don�t see this challenge on future logins.

To turn on Login approval on your account, login to your Facebook account, click Account at the right top corner and then go to Account Settings. Click Change next to Account security option. Check the box under Login Approvals and then follow the on-screen instructions to set-up your mobile.

If you ever lose or forget your phone and have login approvals turned on, you will still have the option to authorize your login provided you are accessing your account from a saved device. Having these recognized machines associated with your account prevents lockout and ensures that you can regain access to your profile.

Technorati Media Ads showing Google Adsense ads? Not a Problem!

I recently got my website approved for Technorati Media ads. After that, Technorati sent me tags for my ads and my login information. I implemented those ads and I was surprised to see that Technorati ads were showing Google Adsense ads. I was not sure that it was normal or not, so I searched around the web for my answer. So many blogger were of the believe that you should not use technorati ads on your website because if are you already having 3 adsense ads on a page and you also implemented technorati ads along with that, your adsense account might become at risk as it will violate adsense policies. I was confused. So i rather decided to contact Tecnorati support. I asked them and they responded with this

How to Anonymous browsing in Google Chrome

You've gone incognito. Pages you view in this window won't appear in your browser history or search history, and they won't leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close the incognito window. Any files you download or bookmarks you create will be preserved, however. 

If you are on a shared computer and you don't want Google Chrome to remember the history of pages your are going to explore, then you can go anonymous in Google Chrome. Just follow the steps below.

• Open Google Chrome.  
• Click on the Wrench Icon at top right corner of the screen
• From the drop down menu, chose New incognito Window or Simply open Google Chrome and press CTRL +  SHIFT + N to open new incognito window.  

That's it. What ever your do now won't be recorded by Google chrome or it won't appear on your cookies or history etc.

When you open Google.com, it automatically redirects to your Country specific home page, like if you are browsing from England, it will redirect to google.co.uk and if you are from Pakistan, it will redirect to google.com.pk and so on for every Country. These country-specific Google homepages provides search results which are most relevant to users in that country or region. 1. Open Google.com. It will automatically redirect you to your Country Specific Google home page. Now just click Go to Google.com
