Nicole Richie hosted a New Year's party at Lavo in Las Vegas, in 2009, wearing a self designed mini dress with a crew neck, long sleeves and a draped open cowl back.
She wore her gold dress with black opaque tights and Yves Saint Laurent pumps.
Ellen Pompeo was seen in the same Winter Kate 'Nicole" dress at the grand opening of Marquee Nightclub at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, on December 30, 2010.
