Nicole Richie, her husband Joel Madden and their daughter were spotted heading to Hugo�s in West Hollywood, on Thursday, December 30.
She wore a Kimberly Ovitz "Tinsley" ripped sweater, a Rick Owens jacket, a Marc Jacobs beanie and House of Harlow 1960 "Millie" flats.
Later in the day Nicole was seen leaving Planet Nails.
She switched out her Jet by John Eshaya "Drip �n� patch" jeans for another pair of jeans.
